Does waxing the leg make the hairs come back prickly...or is that just shaving?

i especially want to know if it comes back prickly above the knee?Does waxing the leg make the hairs come back prickly...or is that just shaving?

sometimes. i depends on how you waxed it. if you were able to remove the hair from the roots then the answer is no. it will not come back prickly. but if you were not able to pull the hair from its roots, yes, it will come back prickly. the reason why shaving makes the hair go back prickly is because you just cut the hair, you don't pull it from the roots. so the tendency is the hair becomes coarser. that is why it is better to shave than to wax.
does not come back prickly. It's because the waxing pulls them out at the root so the hair has to grow in new, meaning it will be soft and short for a little while before you have to wax again. Shaving only cuts it off at the surface which leads to prickly legs.
when you wax the hair grows back thinner, it'll go prickly , but not as badly as shaving
