i especially want to know if it comes back prickly above the knee?Does waxing the leg make the hairs come back prickly...or is that just shaving?
Waxing does not make the hair grow back prickly... It grows back normal. The reason is when you shave you just cut off the hair that is on top of the skin... You don't get down to the root. But when you wax your legs, you pull the hair completely out. When it grows back, its like brand new... Although, waxing hurts like hell! lolDoes waxing the leg make the hairs come back prickly...or is that just shaving?
