Will waxing get rid of ingrown hairs?

No, waxing will only remove those hairs that are above the skin surface.

Look in the African American skin care product section for ingrown hair treatment. I think that one brand is called ';Tends';, it smells horrid but it helps the ingrown hairs emerge from the skin.

Or you can pluck out the ingrown hairs with a pair of tweezers, which is what I do. Make sure that you dip the point of the tweezers in alcohol for at least 10 minutes beforehand, and clean your skin with astringent afterwards. Will waxing get rid of ingrown hairs?
nope. to get rid of ingrown hairs, you can first use an exfoliating body wash and if that doesn't do the trick then you can, as long as you're gentle, use the exfoliating body wash along with a loofah. this should rub away the skin that was covering that hair, if it doesnt then, sorry, but you're gonna have to use some tweezers. it's not all that bad though, it'll sting for a second but then it's all better. and it's worth it. good luck. Will waxing get rid of ingrown hairs?
