The hair grows back; it just takes longer than shaving. It rips it out from the root, so it actually doesn't grow any slower, it's just further down and has more length to grow back before you notice it. Yes hair does grow back after you wax. I think the only true way of getting rid of the hair is if you use that lazer treatment on it. I think that is what it is called, but I am not sure. If you plan on getting rid of the hair for good, then the waxing won't take care of the problem for good.
Yes, only lasering gets rid of it for good. I wouldn't recommend that though, it's expensive and hair comes back in style. You might want it back one day.
