Hair Wax doesn't hold my hair up properly! i need help?

Im a guy n i have a fairly long hair, not long enough for a pony tail obviously but pretty long. Anyways, I tried using just standard wax to pull up my long front hair n also my side hair so that they wont come down and stay in the shape that i made when i was fixing my hair with the wax. But the problem is, when i drive my car n open the window, the wind just ruins my hair n it all just gets messed up, not just that, like after an hour my hair is no longer in the previous shape n if i run it gets messed up again. What i wanna noe is if theres like this strong wax or some other type of hair gel taht would make my hair stay in the shape permanently untill i take a shower n wet my hair.





This is really frustrating n annoying when i go to places esp parties like i wanna look clean lol

back in my younger days, my brother would keep his mohawk in spike icicle condition by using plain elmers glue. lol. he could sleep on it...skate in it...and many other dumb activities im sure, but it never would move. and i actually used a dab of elmers at my prom to keep my curls in. im sure thats bad for your hair though.Hair Wax doesn't hold my hair up properly! i need help?
you should straighten it and dont put alot of hairwax
Maybe your hair is too thick, consider getting it thinned at the hairdressers when you get it trimmed next.


Also, straighten your hair.


(Wash and condition your hair, then dry in the shape you want it, straighten it in the direction you want it.)


You should buy good quality wax, you get what you pay for.
