I bought hair removal wax and it says to microwave until the right temperature...but I don't have a microwave! The jar is microwave safe and all you do is set it in the microwave to heat it just right.
Could I let it heat up in boiling water or oven? How long do I leave the jar in the boiling water to? How hot would the oven be? and how long?
I don't know anyone who I can ask to use a Microwave too? ....I'm so shy! The only person is my dad. But he lives so far, and I wanna start using it tonight.
Is it a good idea to do it without heating it up?
Please help! ThanksWhat is the best way to heat up a jar of hair wax?
DON'T put it in the oven lol. You can put it in bioling water to heat it up, like with a baby bottle, but make sure you don't get any water in with the wax.
If it says it needs to be heated, using it cold doesn't work very well. You can alo aim a hairdryer at it for a minute or two, and then repeat that as the wax cools. What is the best way to heat up a jar of hair wax?
If you have a blow dryer use that. Or you can just put it in boiling water till you think its ready.
If it says to heat it up...it needs to be heated up, so heat up some water in a small pot.....do NOT boil, because either you will break its container or burn yourself. Place the hair wax in the hot water and it will probably ';soften'; up in 15 minutes or so. OR you can run hot water from the tap on it for about 15 minutes, but that is a waste of water, in my opinion.
