You know how when you shave your or arms you still see the dots where the hair grows, When you wax them...?

does that minimize the appearence of them? I have tan-ish, slightly darker skin and the hair that grows is black in color, therefore whenever i shave my arms or my legs you can see the little dots... i wonder if waxing would help... Also, how old do you have to be to get a bikini wax? Is there a specified age, or do you have to go with a parent or something? never shave!! when u shave the hair grows back very fast and much thicker. always wax, cause after u wax the skin is smoother and the hair grows back after a couple of weeks and it comes out thin. i don't know how old u have to be to get a bikini wax, but it hurts like hell!!!You know how when you shave your or arms you still see the dots where the hair grows, When you wax them...?
