What's a best way to heat up a jar of hair wax?

I bought hair removal wax and it says to microwave until the right temperature...but I don't have a microwave! The jar is microwave safe and all you do is set it in the microwave to heat it just right.

Could I let it heat up in boiling water or oven? How long do I leave the jar in the boiling water to? How hot would the oven be? and how long?

I don't know anyone who I can ask to use a Microwave too? ....I'm so shy! The only person is my dad. But he lives so far, and I wanna start using it tonight.

Is it a good idea to do it without heating it up?

Please help! ThanksWhat's a best way to heat up a jar of hair wax?
Boil some water in a pan, take it off the heat and then put the jar of wax in. Leave it for five minutes or so, if it hasn't melted enough, replace the water with more boiling water.
