Should i pluck or wax my upper lip hair?

im 13 and i dont know if i should pluck my upper lip hair or wax it. when i wax it does the hair come in darker, does it stubble!Should i pluck or wax my upper lip hair?
i think that the very best way is to use a depilitory cream, such as nair or surgi-cream. its low pain and the results are very good.

I have a 13 year old granddaughter and she has her upper lip waxed professionally. She has it done at least once a month and it doesn't cost that much. I wouldn't do it myself, have it done by someone who knows what they are doing. Don't pluck because it could irritate your lip and result in in-grown hairs which are nasty.
It really depends, if the hair is really thick and there is a lot of it, then wax it. If it is fine and there is not much of it then pluck it, unless u have trouble plucking hairs. Happy summer!

If it's not that bad, i wouldn't because then you have to be consistent with it. If it's really bothersome to you, consider laser treatments. I think you need like 5 - 7 treatments and you're all done! no more unwanted hair.
Personally, plucking is PAINFUL! I haven't tried waxing, being allergic to some of the waxes out there. If you've sensitive skin I'd suggest you steer clear of the waxes.. Why not try Sally Hansen's facial hair-removing cream? Works under 5 min, no pain. Use it at night before sleeping; that way the slight redness (which may or may not come, depending on your skin) will have gone; this lasts about a week-10 days.
wow...wax is gonna hurt like hell if theres a lot of hair, but thats the best way to go. it also lasts longer!
Don't pluck your hair because when they grow up again they bwill be strong %26amp; difficult to remove.Instead wax it.The growth will gradually decrease.

gross, im a guy so i shouldnt answer really, how much hair is there? i'd say try both and which ever works the best for you and doesnt hurt too much. Good luck.
