You will absolutely get an infection, and the ';Little Black Dots'; could just be small mole, or beauty mark. Are you talking about how the skin looks like it has a bunch of small dots after shaving, because of the base of the hair follicle beneath the skin, which cannot be removed by shaving? Try waxing a small area, and see if the dots go away. But if that doesn't work, it may just be your pores? Try using a pore minimizing lotion.
is it a mole with hair growing out of it?? well you shouldnt mess with moles in the first place. but yeah wax will remove most all hair, sometimes the hair isnt long enough..but its really good at hair removal.
