Sugaring hair removal: which is better, fabric or paper wax stips?

Which are better: the fabric wax strips or the paper ones for sugaring (or cold gel wax)?

When I've sugared my legs, I've always used cloth strips (they are actually a soft denim that I cut up myself). I do this for two reasons: a) I can throw the used strips in the wash and they come out all clean and ready to be used again and b) I've been told that the sugaring gel holds to fabric better because of the woven fibers. I've also read that the thickness or weight of the the fabric can help reduce the pain when the hair is pulled.
i use fabric because thats what came in the box.


i think fabric will be better as someone says sugaring sticks better to fabric plus you just wash them and dont have to put any hair strips in the bin for people to see lol
