Is it true that if you wax continously for an extended period of time, that the hair will stop growing?

I hear that the hair keeps growing finer and finer until it finally stops growing. Is it true that if you wax continously for an extended period of time, that the hair will stop growing?
It's more of a wish than a reality. It is a belief brought about by the fact that repeated waxing reduces hair regrowth. The amount of reduction in regrowth varies from person to person but unfortunately, it rarely reaches the point of no regrowth at all.

Sorry about that.Is it true that if you wax continously for an extended period of time, that the hair will stop growing?
