Sure it's appropriate! I started shaving when I was 12, because people could see the pubic hair through my bikini. You can start whenever you're comfortable. You can also use whichever method you believe is comfortable. Waxing might be a bit more painful, and not only that it's expensive to keep up, and you'll need to tell your mom in order to get to an appointment, more than likely.





If you want be secretive about it, I recommend shaving, because it's easier and cheaper. Just be careful when you shave because you might cut something, and it really hurts! It's easier than it looks though.

When? It should never occur. Let it grow until you can braid it.
