If i wax my quite dark haired arms will the hair grow back slightly lighter?

You're better off lightening it. There are creams that you can buy over the counter. Avoid ugly stubble! If i wax my quite dark haired arms will the hair grow back slightly lighter?
no, darker and thicker, i woudlnt try it, if you want them lighter try bleaching :)If i wax my quite dark haired arms will the hair grow back slightly lighter?
i have just brought a Rio laser hair remover.

Hopefully it will mean that i have smooth legs and under arms

maybe you should try this

as it kills the hair follicle so they dont grow back.

cost 169 on ebay

BARGAIN!!
no theyll b darker
Waxing most deff doesnt give stubble, a razor does or those creams do.. Your hair growth will reduce over time so waxing is an option.
Please no !!

Ever since I remember I find dark hair on girls arms such a turn on !
No it will not grow back lighter. Wax has nothing to do with pigmentation. However, once you wax some of the roots follicles will be destroyed therefore, it will grow back thinner and thinner until there is very little hair on your arms at all. It will also grow back softer than if you were to shave it.
Your hair colour is determined by genetics, waxing doesn't enter into it.
hya

plz do not shve or wax ur arms or do anyfin else plz

they will grow back darker and faster therefor you will have to do them all the time my friend who had blond hairs on her arms shaved them and they grew back black plz dont do it
my friend does that and they dont come back lighter but they come back thinner.

you wont get stubble if you keep up to it will you? and waxing pulls the hairs from the root whereas shaving just gets rid of the hair ontop.

and bleaching can just give you a bad reaction and would look silly if you have brown hair and blonde arm hairs?

so yeh try waxing and if you dont like it try bleaching =]

If you waxed your arms...your actual hair colour would not change. Your arm hair would grow back slighty fairer.

I have the same problem with the darkness of my hair colour and I have been told that you can buy dying kits, specifically made for your arm hair!

I hope this has helped you =]

xXxXx
i'm afraid not, but if you kept on waxing, the amount of hairs on your arms would decrease, i wax my arms and i've noticed BIG differences, (i started waxing about a year ago) i also sometimes bleach the hairs, btw it doesn't look stupid or silly if you have brown hair on your head and blonde hairs on your arms, cause there ARE actually some people that are like that, my friend for example, she has brown hair on her head and blonde hairs on her arms, she's just naturaly like that.
no, waxing won't alter the colour. But repeated waxing does damage the hair follicles so after a few goes the hair that grows back should be weaker and finer.
